A Start

Well since today was such a nice day outside we decided to get a jump on the outdoor projects. Ken ran to Menards right after he got off from work to get a couple things he needed for the start of our new little patio. I ran with the kids to the grain place in Beecher to get some grass seed to fill in the bar spots in our lawn. We have heard so many good things about the grass seed there so we decided to go with it. It is also sold by the pound which is very nice. So when we got home Ken started the patio, and I and the kids sprinkled the seed on the bare spots in the grass. I want the lawn to be fuller by Ben's party, so hopefully it will grow fast. We now need to pray for some rain so I don't always have to water the lawn. I can't wait to get the outdoor projects done. Although with a husband like Ken there is always something that can be done or upgraded so we will probably never be done. That is one thing I love about him, he always likes to be doing some kind of work.
